The SCULPT Healthy Living Workshop Series was designed to provide participants with valuable wellness information that can be incorporated into their everyday lives. Making healthier choices doesn’t just apply to the adults in the household, it’s something kids can do, too! Our SCULPT workshop series are designed to be kid-friendly and inclusive so that future generations are empowered with the tools necessary to build a healthier future. Our SCULPT workshops allows families to invest in themselves by creating fun memories through learning how to build a garden and grow their own foods; participating in cooking classes; and engaging in fun fitness and health related activities.
This SCULPT Series takes place at the Chattahoochee YMCA Head Start Academy, on the following Wednesdays: August 16th, September 20th, October 18th, November 15th from 8:00am – 10:00am.
