United Way of Greater Atlanta is committed to reducing chronic hunger by increasing the availability of healthy foods to underserved neighborhoods. We are partnering with Goodr, the Prodigal Son Soup Kitchen and Jonesboro Starbucks Community Store to host a community pop up market during MLK Day weekend!
Volunteers are needed to act as shopping assistants and provide top of the line customer service to individuals and families during the market.
Please note that this opportunity will be partially indoors and outdoors. Volunteers are asked to dress comfortably and for the weather.
