This Saturday, March 23, United Way’s Youth Advisory Council is conducting Youth Listening Party. Their goal is to gain a better understanding of how their peers think about their community, challenges that they face and how community programs make a difference in their lives. The day will end with brainstorming solutions to major issues in access to education and employment- such as transportation and language barriers.
Youth United has been specially asked to help run the project: note taking, timekeeping, serving lunch, registration. Let’s make this an awesome and impactful day for Opportunity Youth! JOIN US!
