Jerusalem House provides permanent supportive housing for low-income and homeless individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS.
Due to COVID-19, their resident families have been experiencing a great need for food and household items in the form of care packages. As they serve over 65 families at their Program for Adults and Family Program campuses, one of each care package below will be distributed to each household.
Sign up today and help us reach our goal of 130 total care packages to benefit their families. By registering, you are committing to create at least one of each care package listed below to contribute to the total efforts. All items include a recommended amount suggested by the agency.
