Open Hand's mission is to help people prevent or better manage chronic disease through Comprehensive Nutrition Care SM, which combines home-delivered meals and nutrition education as a means to reinforce the connection between informed food choices and improved quality of life.
Volunteers are needed on Sept. 24th to help their agency with cooler picking. This activity involves packing boxes with meals to get them ready for drivers to pick up. This position requires working in a large walk in cooler. Volunteers will be working directly with our staff in the cooler.
